Terms of Service and Statement
The seller: YBF2.com The buyer: Member The buyer should comply with the following terms when shopping on YBF2.com. The seller reserve the rights to edit or add the terms. So please read the terms carefully before order: A. Order 1. Please submit the order on the YBF2.com after choosing the goods; we won’t take any phone calls, fax or MSN to place order. 2. The buyer should fill in the order details very carefully, such as address; we won’t take any responsibilities of any delay because of the wrong information. 3. The tax is not included in the price, so our system will charge 20% tax if the buyer choose “invoice”. 4. The seller supply all those delivery ways, buyer could choose the most suitable one. Logistic company is the third party, so if anything unwanted happened, it will be compensated related to the third parties’ regulations. So please check carefully to see whether that logistic company could send it to you directly, otherwise we won’t refund the freight if the goods send out. On this case, the buyer will take all responsibilities. B. Payment: 1. Payment method: the seller only accept Western Union, so if the buyer use any other ways to transfer payment, and cause delay, the buyer should take the responsibilities. 2. The buyer take charge of the fees of the money transfer. We only count the arrival amount. 3. After the buyer transferred the money, please contact our online agents to confirm. Otherwise it’s the buyer’ responsibilities to delay the delivery. 4. The seller receive the money, we will take the order, and message the buyer through our website, and then start to delivery. C. Goods Preparation and Delivery 1. The seller will usually start the delivery within 48 hours after the payment confirmation. Delay might occur due to the busy time or out of stock situation. 2. During the preparation, if we find out some of the goods are out of stock, we will notify the buyer in time, and if the buyer agree, we could exchange other goods, or put the rest money in prepaid account for next use. If we can’t contact the buyer in time, we will just put the rest money in prepaid account and send out the available goods. D..Inspection of Goods 1.The buyer should inspect the package with the delivery man around, if you find there is a difference with the quantity, or some of the goods are damaged, please contact us in time, we will do our best to help according “After Sale” term. 2. If the delivery man left, and the buyer didn’t check the package, you will take all the responsibilities yourself. E..Return/Exchange Rules. 1. Return/Exchange Basic Rules. Please contact us before do Return/Exchange, you could send back the goods if we made a deal. Otherwise, we will dump the package if you send back without any contact. a). We won’t do Return/Exchange with those special offers, so please think over when you purchase those kinds of goods. b). The goods are not ever washed or worn, no artificial damage, wrapping and labels are still on, attachments as well. It won’t affect the Secondary sales. c). The Return/Exchange should be sold by us, and if the goods are out of stock or stop-to-sale, and then we can’t receive your return/exchange goods. We can’t sell it anymore if we still get it back. Hope you could understand. 1. Wholesale Member’s Return/Exchange a) About quality problem: only for the same style, same color and same size. The seller will take the responsibility of half freight. That means you need to pay the freight to send it back. Any Freight Collect package will not be accepted! b) Other problem: if the buyer take all the freight of the Return/Exchange goods, you could exchange any style on our website, the whole order account should be more than returned amount. And we will also add 20% operation fees. Only for the current season. c) Refund: we won’t refund the freight, and we also need to charge 20% operation fees. 2. The problems we take responsibilities are Heavily damaged and large area stain. But the following situation is not included: a). Smell. (some of the material might be specially processed, but the smell usually could be gone after washing) b). The goods are not exact as in the pictures, such as color. (the color might be a little different after the photo shooting, ) c) Thrum. (Only retailer will do this step) d) Slight stain or scratch on light color material. (there might be some when producing or selling). e) The fold of the material. (There is no iron during wholesale) f) Little flaws won’t affect the wearing. g) Tightness of the button, and button-hole. h) Size problem. (±4cm) i) Pinhole. F. Other 1. If there is any problem, the two parties could work out with honest, fair and friendly. 2. Any party could ask help from arbitration agency or the court if both parties can’t meet an agreement.
